PURCHASING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Purchasing from Rabbit Burrow Lane – Classical pieces
Customers can purchase items via telephone, but we strongly advise visiting the store to view the item in advance as all stock is pre-loved.
Rabbit Burrow Lane – Classical pieces works on a first to purchase basis. To reserve an item a minimum of 30% deposit is required. Upon receipt of the deposit the item will be marked as reserved for 14 days after which the item will go back on general sale.
Deposits are non-refundable but are redeemable as store credit. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Returns on items viewed in our store
Rabbit Burrow Lane – Classical pieces does not accept returns on pre-loved goods purchased, which have been viewed in advance of purchase.
Items purchased without viewing & collected on customer’s behalf
We recommend that you visit the store to view your item before collection. Should you nominate someone to collect the item on your behalf, please ensure that they inspect it prior to removing it from our store. Rabbit Burrow Lane – Classical pieces does not accept returns on pre-loved goods purchased, and collected on the customers behalf.
Items purchased without viewing & requiring delivery by Rabbit Burrow Lane – Classical pieces
Should you be unable to visit our store and require delivery, the item must be paid for in full, including delivery charges, prior to delivery.
Should you wish to cancel the order once delivered, then a refund redeemable against store credit will be issued for the cost of the item only, delivery charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the item. You must inform us (via the email address in our contacts webpage) of your intention to return the item within 7 days, return it within 14 days and in the same condition it was delivered.
The item will be inspected on receipt, and store credit issued if the terms outlined above have been met.
